Revised June 2026 — Three collections with clear, strict identities. Zero product overlap. Here's what changed, why, and how to use the spreadsheet.
The May 2026 versions of these collections mixed product types in ways that weren't obvious to customers — a friendship bracelet alongside a Tagua Heart, gold pieces mixed with handcraft pieces. Chrissie flagged this after review. The updated collections enforce strict product boundaries so each collection has a clear, unmistakeable identity.
The rule now: Zero overlap between collections. If a product type belongs in Luxe, it only appears in Luxe. If it belongs in Friendship, it only appears there. The one exception is Darjeeling Bracelet – Gold, which Chrissie has asked to carry in both Signature and Luxe.
Green rows are permanent. Yellow rows swap seasonally (March, June, September, December).
Manual collection: Admin → Products → Collections → Create Collection → Type: Manual. Search each product by name and add it. Simple, but requires manual updates each season.
Tag-based (recommended): Add a tag to each product (e.g. curated-signature, curated-luxe, curated-fb). Create an automated collection with the condition "Product tag equals…". Seasonal swaps become a 2-minute job — move the tag from one product to another.
In Shopify Admin, go to Products and search by handle. The handle is the URL slug — e.g. tagua-heart-bracelet. Faster than searching by product name.
For Luxe especially, set the sort order to Manual and arrange products in the order listed in the spreadsheet — showpieces first. This reinforces the luxury positioning on page load.
Each March, June, September, and December: check 90-day Shopify sales data. If a rotation product is performing well, keep it. Otherwise swap in a seasonal colour from the same product line. Update the spreadsheet so the team knows what's live.
