A researched, verified list of independent boutiques that already carry, or have recently carried, Aviator Nation apparel, built for targeted, name-by-name outreach, not a mailing list.
A "confidence tier" is how sure the research is that a boutique currently sells Aviator Nation, based on how many independent research passes found it and how strong the evidence was on each retailer's own site or social account.
Aviator Nation has pulled back from wholesale. It now runs roughly 85 percent direct-to-consumer, it isn't listed on Faire, Abound, RangeMe, or Tundra, and its own store-locator page won't even render outside a real browser. Most boutiques that used to carry it now show it out of stock or delisted online. A brand-adjacency pitch ("we'd look good next to Aviator Nation") is weaker than it sounds, because the pool of boutiques that can currently say "we carry Aviator Nation" is small, and getting more stock isn't something they can just do.
That's what makes the sharper pitch land: you already sell to the Aviator Nation customer, not "let's co-market with a brand we admire." It's a claim about the boutique's own existing customer base, not about brand prestige, and it holds up because the boutiques on this list were found by working from the retailer's own site, social, or brand page, not from any Aviator Nation-published list.
Frankie's on the Park, Chicago, IL, is an existing Love Is Project account that also carries Aviator Nation and FREECITY. It's real, named, evidenced proof: an independent boutique, not one of Aviator Nation's own stores, already sells both brands. If Gladys wants to reference a live example while pitching, this is the one.
Every entry here has a primary-source claim, on the retailer's own site, brand page, or a verified social post, that it currently or recently carried Aviator Nation. "Verification strength" shows how many independent research passes found the boutique separately, without seeing each other's results while working; more passes means stronger corroboration, not a stronger customer fit. Boutiques with multiple storefronts carry a doors badge.
These sit on the same retail block as one of Love Is Project's own top Aviator Nation stores, or share Love Is Project's own artisan and impact story, but nothing ties them to Aviator Nation specifically. This is a later-stage list: pitch on shared customer profile, or, for the ethics-led group, on Love Is Project's own maker story, not the Aviator Nation line.
Two more names were checked and ruled out so nobody re-does the work: Willow + Mercer, Inlet Beach FL, whose own site search returns zero results for Aviator Nation, and Rica Boutique, where a stockist list names "Rica Boutique, La Jolla" but the live domain resolves to an unrelated brand in Canton, MA.
This list is ready to feed the outreach template. Per what was agreed, outreach is a manual, name-by-name send, not a bulk email blast, so each pitch can carry the right proof point for its tier. Work can begin as soon as Love Is Project confirms who to prioritize first, and the natural sequence is the multi-door Tier 1 groups (blue&cream, Shop Sixty Five, Kitson, Coco Goose, For Now, Sassanova, Punch Clothing), since each of those reaches the most doors per conversation.
