Who They Are
Stone & Rock is a Brisbane-based natural stone and tile supplier selling direct-to-consumer and wholesale. Products include basins, wall cladding (ledgestone, stackstone, mushroom, dry stone), tiles and pavers (pebble, travertine, crazy pavers), sealers, and adhesives. They have a warehouse and showroom in Brisbane and a second showroom on the Sunshine Coast, with delivery along the East Coast of Australia (Cairns to Melbourne).
Platform: Shopify. Shipping is managed via Bespoke Shipping with complex pallet-based rate tables covering NSW, QLD, and Rest of Australia zones. B2B/wholesale pricing is also handled through the store.

Brand & Key Context
- Shipping is the most active area of work. Rates are managed via spreadsheets covering 20 Pallet Table Rate zones across NSW, QLD, and Rest of Australia. Bespoke Shipping is the Shopify app used for import.
- Weight tiers follow the pattern 0-950, 951-1900, etc. Always match the existing format exactly when editing.
- Some zones appear in multiple sheets (e.g. Emerald VIC in both QLD and Rest) — changes must be applied consistently across all sheets.
- Northern Rivers (NSW) postcodes span multiple overlapping zones — check for conflicts before adding.
- A postcode gap analysis was completed in March 2026 and all recommendations applied in April 2026 (138 new data rows added). A second rate file was also created for the Noosa-to-Port Macquarie corridor for a new product with a limited carrier.
- Stone Standard Newsletter has ended. Social media, Google Ads, and Gumtree Ads are all archived — no longer active.
- B2B pricing and wholesale is handled via the Shopify store directly.
