Captain Sandy Yawn ("Captain Sandy") is a Bravo TV personality, author, international speaker, and businesswoman best known from Below Deck Mediterranean. Her brand tagline is "Be the Calm or Be the Storm" — also the title of her published book on leadership. Her story encompasses breaking glass ceilings, surviving near-fatal accidents, and leading through pirate encounters and fires at sea.
Phil redesigned and relaunched the site on Shopify (December 2025) after the old Bluehost site was suspended. Sandy is married to Leah Rae Yawn (Skin By Leah, Ponte Vedra) — a strong cross-promotion and authority signal for both brands.
